Brief info – Katerina Kostovska
Katerina Kostovska is a senior consultant and international business executive with 18+ years of experience in sustainability, ESG reporting, and international sales development. She specializes in CSRD, ESRS, and GRI frameworks, corporate strategy, and SME business diagnostics, with a proven record of guiding companies in ESG readiness and circular economy integration.
As Director of Global Sales at Tikveš Winery (2010–2024), she managed international markets across the USA, EU, and China, coordinated the company’s first ESG report, and built global buyer networks. She is also co-founder of WineEscape, the first Macedonian digital platform for sustainable wine tourism, combining her deep expertise in the wine industry, sensory marketing, and tourism innovation.
A recognized wine industry expert, Katerina holds a WSET Diploma, serves as an international wine judge (IWC London, Mundus Vini, Concours Mondial de Bruxelles), and is a visiting professor in wine sensory analysis. She has trained over 200 SMEs in strategy, branding, and internationalization. Currently pursuing an Executive MBA, she combines academic rigor with hands-on consulting to support businesses in achieving sustainable growth and global competitiveness.
